Valium.

Valium (diazepam) has been developed for the needs of people diagnosed with any of the anxiety disorder; your doctor may also prescribe it for a number of other conditions. In case you are currently using antacids, make sure at least one hour passes after taking Valium until safely taking your antacid. Do not combine Valium with any other medications you may be taking at the moment, especially omeprazole, cimetidine, phenytoin, MAO inhibitors, psychiatric disorder medications, ketoconazole, narcotic medications, barbiturates, or antidepressants, as some of them may worsen your side effects while others can affect the efficiency of Valium itself. Report any serious side effects to your doctor right away, such as body aches, confusion, fever, depressed mood, flu symptoms, unusual thoughts, hallucinations, shallow breathing, anxiety, or yellowing of the skin or eyes. Any mild side effects do not need to be reported, as they are unlikely to last for too long. The following mild side effects are sometimes possible: memory problems, dry mouth, headache, drowsiness, blurred vision, nausea, dizziness, constipation, muscle weakness, skin rash, sleep problems, and vomiting. Unless those symptoms change in intensity and get bothersome you do not need to report them.
